2025/2026

In the 2018 AGM we agreed to increase plot rentals annually by RPI and, as in previous years, we have used RPI at June which in 2025 was at 4.4%. Membership fees will remain at £3.50 per member.

This will take fees for next year to £98 for a full plot and £49 for a half plot. We believe our plot rentals remain excellent value for money and are considerably below most other allotment rentals in London. Our accounts will be presented at the AGM on 9th November.

• The renewal year is from the 1st November and payment reminders and invoices are sent out from mid-October.
• This year cash payments only will be taken between 9.30am and 10.00am on the 9^th November ahead of the AGM at the Scout Hut
• If payment is not received by the 30th November 2025 the Committee will be free (i) to assume that you no longer wish to be a member and (ii) to re-let the plot. 
• If members find these increases present any difficulties to them, we encourage you to talk confidentially with Tyrrell Evans, Grange Lane Chair, or other committee members.
• Through renewal plot holders and helpers confirm they will adhere to the GLA rules and regulations (as they stand) and to all future rules and regulations approved by the membership
