Grange Lane Allotments are one of the three sections of the Camberwell and District Allotment Society Ltd.

CDAS Ltd is a registered society, an incorporated body governed by Co operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This is a legal form adopted by by organisations that are member run or exist to benefit the community. It is used by many allotment societies and limits the liabilities of both officers and members to a nominal (£1).

Everyone who takes a plot on Grange Lane automatically becomes a full member of CDAS Ltd and can take part in its decision making.
