Gardening is not a group activity but it can be really quite social. Most people on the site are open and friendly and advice for new plot holders can be solicited from their neighbours.

There are a number of workparties organised through the year for clearing of ditches or derelict plots.

There have also been expert demonstrations of pruning and composting.

In addition there are monthly get togethers at the Hut, where homemade cakes and tea are available for a cost-covering fee. See events calendar for this year.
